Fee Structure

The firm’s fee structure is competitive in the marketplace and for assets over three million dollars, negotiable. The firm’s fee structure is based on the total amount of the client’s assets under management. Fees are charged on a quarterly basis in advance, based on the value of the assets as reported by the custodian of the assets on the last day of the month prior to the first day of the ensuing quarter.

Valuation of Assets

The valuation of assets under management is taken into account at the onset of the relationship for the remainder of the running quarter and re-established at the end of every quarter thereafter. More precisely, valuations are established on the initial date of execution of the Advisory Agreement, on December 31, on March 31, on June 30, and on September 30 of every year. Management fees are due at the inception of the agreement through the end of the quarter, and thereafter on the first day of January, April, July, and October. The fees are payable at the client’s discretion either by check, ACH or wire transfer and due upon receipt.

Advisory Agreement

The advisory agreement is the document that governs the relationship. It is executed at the onset of the relationship. It dictates the terms of our work. It is intended to remain in place for the length of our service. It may be cancelled by the client in writing at any time. A letter signed by the client requesting cancellation is sufficient notice to terminate our agreement after it is received at the address of the firm, 9221 SW 60 Street, Miami, FL 33173 (USA). Any un-earned fee will be refunded on a pro-rata basis by the 15th of the month following the receipt of the cancellation notice.

Alternative Solutions

For clients more interested in educating themselves on the way to structure their own portfolios, not requiring follow-up services, monitoring of results, quarterly reviews, face to face meetings to re-assess objectives, time horizons or other changes in their investment profile, the firm works with them at a rate of $150.00 per hour.
